Questions about PhotoLocation credits and billing
When are credits granted?
Monthly credits are granted after the first payment and every renewal. Annual plans grant the full annual credit amount after payment and at each annual renewal.
What happens to unused subscription credits?
Subscription credits expire at the end of the paid billing period and do not roll into the next period.
How many credits does one analysis use?
The current PhotoLocation workflow uses five credits per analysis. The exact cost is shown before you submit a photo.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes. Paid access continues through the current billing period, then your account returns to the available free access.
Which plans include commercial use?
Annual self-serve plans include commercial use. Free and monthly plans are for evaluation or internal production.
Can I change my plan or get additional credits?
Manage supported plan changes from billing. Additional credit purchases are available only to eligible subscribers in account billing.
